Not really.  Under "all graphs", I'd like to be able to group them.   
For example:

All Graphs
- Dorms
   - Bandwidth
   - Latency

- OffCampus
   - Bandwidth
   - Latency

- Sam's Graphs

- Fred's Graphs


I suppose Dashboards are a way to do that.
