[drraw-users] drraw-2.1.3 download question

Hello,

 

I downloaded draw-2.1.3.gz and extracted it.  There is only one file
part of the archive (draw-2.1.3).  It is a text file that has drraw.conf
and other scripts and binary append together. I assumed that this
archive can be extracted on a windows machine.  Where can I download all
necessary files to run on windows?  Can you also point me to a good
tutorial?
