Ah, yes, i really need to provide a .zip.
A newer WinZip should definitely be able to handle this, it's
a gzipped tar file.  Changing the extension to .tar.gz may
help.

If not, i'll try to get a .zip up this week.  i actually have
some spare time available in the coming couple weeks so i'm
likely to work on drraw a bit.
