[drraw-users] How to get RCS to work with drraw

Ugh, i've had RCS enabled for years @ work, but that's still a
very old version of drraw, and i think i recently disabled
tainting because of RCS actually as i didn't have time to
either upgrade or chase.
Could be some issue with the RCS Perl module.
