[drraw-users] Hardcoding a time in templates?

Is it possible to access the --starttime of an RRD file and set that as the
default start time of a graph?
I have an RRD file that is created daily, and want to create templates that
show the values from starttime+1 second ----> starttime +6hours30min...
since the rest of the data for the day doesn't really matter to me.
So, ideally, any time I load a graph with an RRD file, I'd like the Start
Time for the graph to be set to --starttime + 1 second.
Is this possible?
