Hello,
I'm not a perl developer but I make a patch (see attached file :
pnp4nagios_label_patch.diff).
If you want to use this, apply first Christophe Kalt fix :

And edit drraw.conf to add :
# pnp4nagios XML
$use_pnp4nagios_xml = 1;
